Directions:
Store this product in the refrigerator. Shake bottle. Take straight or mix with water or juice. Recommended adult starting serving is 1/2 – 1 teaspoon. Children: 1/4 teaspoon for every 30 lb of weight. Take first serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
