It seems like once fall arrives, all of a sudden, we instantly begin to crave anything and everything pumpkin! The good thing is that pumpkin is really healthy for you. It’s rich in B vitamins, as well as antioxidants like vitamins A and C. It’s also low-cal and sugar-free.
If you’re anything like we are and just love all things pumpkin, well, we’re here to totally make your day with this yeast-free pumpkin pie smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 C pure pumpkin
- 1 T ground flaxseed
- 1-2 T all-natural peanut or almond butter
- 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 scoops Pure Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
- Ice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Blend until creamy and enjoy!
*For extra creaminess, add one tablespoon of organic coconut oil.
