There are some key supplements that I take religiously, and this is one of them. I definitely notice a difference if I miss a few days. The calming blend really helps “take the edge off.”

I take this as needed when I am having a busy day with a lot curve balls thrown in, or if I am having a stressful week, I take it daily, to be proactive and keep me calm!
