I use ReuteriBiotic to make the Gut Health Probiotic recipe on this website. I have found it works well. I make the yogurt once, using this and the other probiotics, then make the following batches using 2 tablespoons of yogurt from the first batch. I do this 7 more times before having to start over. This bottle will last for a long time!
