Peaches and Cream Smoothie Recipe
Are you doing the 28-Day Slim Down program? If so, then breakfast will be your most important meal of the day. In order to combat cravings and keep yourself feeling fuller longer, breakfast should be low in sugar and carbohydrates, and high in protein and fiber. That’s why this is one of our favorite 28-Day Slim-Down approved breakfast smoothies.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Pure Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
- 1 C frozen organic peaches
- 5 dashes cinnamon
- 1 handful spinach
- 10 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
- Ice
Directions:
Simply add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend.
