Yeast-Free Shrimp-Stuffed Eggs Recipe
Do you love deviled eggs? Here's a nice twist on our recipe that adds shrimp! They are delicious and filling.

Eggs and shrimp are packed with protein and many essential vitamins and minerals. Make these and store them in the refrigerator. They are great for a quick meal or snack any time of day. 

Yeast-Free Shrimp-Stuffed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

6 large eggs, hard-boiled, cooled, peeled
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 lb. baby shrimp, cooked, rinsed and chopped
Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out yolk and mash with fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise and seasonings.
  3. Gently fold in shrimp.
  4. Spoon mixture into egg white cavities.
  5. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
