Salmon also has a lot of protein, as well as the vitamins selenium, B12, potassium, iron, vitamin D, vitamin E and niacin. Salmon is a top choice when choosing to eat healthy fish. Always buy wild-caught rather than farmed salmon because wild-caught salmon is higher in nutrients and has less toxins than farmed salmon.
Garbanzo bean flour, or chickpea flour, is gluten-free, has essential vitamins and minerals and is high in protein and fiber.
Yeast-Free Salmon Patties Recipe
- 1 can salmon
- ½ cup garbanzo bean flower
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, diced
- Garlic salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
- Cook approximately 10-15 minutes in skillet with olive oil, flipping halfway through.
