Ole! There is a new healthy dip in town and we think Guacamole Salsa is muy bueno! Serve it as a dipping sauce, salad dressing or even a spread. Try dipping your favorite veggies in it. You won't be disappointed - it is delicious!
Yeast-Free Guacamole Salsa Recipe
- 1lb. tomatillos, washed, peeled and quartered
- 1 whole avocado, seeded
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/3 bunch of cilantro
- 1 half inch slice of onion
- splash of lime juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. of salt
- dash of black pepper
- Place all ingredients in your blender in the following order: tomatillos, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, avocado, garlic, salt, pepper.
- Blend on high until mixed well. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy!
