You can use hummus as a dip for just about any vegetable, including celery, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes. Get creative!

Yeast-Free Cilantro Garlic Hummus Recipe
- 2 C chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 C tahini
- 1/2 C olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 T garlic salt
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- sea salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Toss all ingredients into your blender or Vitamix and blend well for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Add water as needed to meet desired consistency.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
